About This Site

July 2008-

It's been a long time since I've made any updates to this site.  I've had the mike-stephenson.com domain since the fall of 2000 and I've had the mike-stephenson.org domain since the summer of 2001.  When I started this website, I intended it to be a personal homepage where I could put up pictures and things about myself to share with my family and friends.  This was well before (in internet time) services like MySpace and Facebook became available.

Now I'm not really sure what I want to do with the site.  I know from the stats that a lot of people from all over the world find my bus pictures so for now I plan to maintain that section.  All of the personal things and pictures have been removed and I plan to transition most of those over to my Facebook account.  The .com domain is set to expire later this year.  The .org will run out next summer.  I may decide to shut down this site as the domains run out but I'm not sure yet.  I have a MySpace account, but that site is pretty well loaded up with annoying advertising.  Facebook may be headed that way as well.  Stand by, but for now, enjoy what's left of the site.
